These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Arcline platform and website. By using Arcline, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Arcline provides observability and infrastructure telemetry services, including ingestion, storage, querying, dashboards, alerting, and related analytics. Services are provided online through our platform and APIs.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Arcline to process unlawful data, launch attacks, distribute malware, scrape our platform without authorization, or violate applicable law. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

4. Data and privacy

Your use of Arcline is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum.

5. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend service for overdue accounts.

6. Intellectual property

Arcline retains ownership of the platform and all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arcline's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a paid subscription with thirty days notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach.

Arcline uses first-party cookies and local storage only for authentication, preferences, and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
